1. Services Provided
Truly Fresh Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb/short-term rental turnover cleaning, office cleaning, and post-event cleaning.
Services are available in Northwest Indiana and select areas in the Chicagoland region. Exact service availability may vary based on your location and will be confirmed upon booking.
2. Booking & Payments
All appointments must be booked online or through an approved booking system. By booking, you agree to provide accurate contact and property information.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept major credit/debit cards via secure processing.
Recurring services will be billed per visit unless otherwise specified.
Promotional or discounted rates must be claimed at the time of booking and may not be applied retroactively.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. To avoid fees:
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are charged in full.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service due to emergencies, severe weather, or unsafe conditions.
4. Client Responsibilities
To help us clean effectively and safely, we ask that:
The home or space is accessible at the scheduled time.
Pets are secured or confined during cleaning appointments for safety.
Clutter and personal items are removed from surfaces to be cleaned.
You notify us of any special surfaces, fragile items, or access instructions.
Lock-Out Fee:
If our team is unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival due to a lock-out, incorrect entry instructions, or no one being present (if required), a $50 lock-out fee will be charged. This may also be considered a missed appointment.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge. This guarantee does not apply to move-out cleanings, extremely soiled properties, or post-renovation work unless otherwise stated.
6. Damage Reporting & Claims
If any damage is noticed following your cleaning, please report it to us within 24 hours. We will review your claim and take appropriate action. Claims made after 24 hours may not be honored.
We are not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing damage
Unsecured items, or damage caused by items not disclosed as fragile or unstable
7. Supplies & Equipment
We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have special products or tools you'd prefer we use, please let us know in advance and make them available on-site.
8. Health & Safety
To protect both clients and staff, we do not clean or handle:
Bodily fluids or hazardous materials
Infestation (e.g., cockroaches, bedbugs, etc.)
Mold or biohazards beyond standard cleaning
If such conditions are found, service will be paused or refused and may result in additional charges or cancellation.
9. Tipping Policy
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. If you'd like to tip your cleaner, you can do so in cash or through your payment method with a note. 100% of tips go directly to the cleaner.
10. Limitations of Liability
While we take great care in cleaning your property:
Truly Fresh Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
We are not responsible for damage due to improperly installed fixtures, unsecured items, or items not disclosed as fragile.
Valuables should be safely stored prior to cleaning.
Truly Fresh Cleaning maintains general liability insurance for your protection.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
A property is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
Staff are subject to abuse, harassment, or unsafe working conditions.
Clients violate these Terms of Service.
12. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Client information is kept confidential and only used for service-related purposes. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
13. Service Limitations
Please note that our cleaning services are for general upkeep and hygiene. We do not offer:
Carpet shampooing or steam extraction
Exterior window cleaning
Moving of large or heavy furniture
Professional appliance repair or maintenance
Restoration services (fire, flood, etc.)

14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
By booking or using services provided by Truly Fresh Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
